Jun 2026Quality from order to installation. The office advised as the order was being processed. The installation date was spot on. Darren Beckwith arrived, despite the very cold weather. His friendly, effective work ethic is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation was completed and he took all the empty boxes away and left everything tidy. Senior Stairlifts are to be highly recommended.
Nov 2025When Dad became extremely unwell we were very worried about how he was going to cope at home after being released from the Hospital. Senior Stairs were incredibly helpful and kind. Within 3 days we were seen, quoted and fitted. Dad is now safe and able to get up and down the stairs in comfort. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and all members of staff were excellent.

They came and measured up, gave us a sensible quote for the stair lift which we accepted, and a week later they were onsite and it was fitted and up and running in a day. To me it's fantastic, really saved me the hassle of trying to climb stairs and worse coming down. Thank you Senior Stairlifts, we are really happy with it.

Ollie came to service my stairlift after two years of use. There was nothing to complain about in those two years and nothing to complain about Ollie's work. I can't comment on the work done as I'm not qualified but when I next used it, the lift was certainly quieter. He rang before he came and was on time with his forecast arrival. Ollie is a credit to the company.
22 May 2026Stairlift installed. Service excellent from start of process to end. Staff were polite and helpful in my final decision. Ollie installed the lift much faster than I expected and cleared up as he went along. All in all I am very impressed with the service given by this company and have no hesitation in strongly recommending them.

Outside stairlifts differ from regular stairlifts as they have more weather-resistant components & are designed not to be damaged by the rain. Because of this, outdoor stairlifts are a bit more expensive than their indoor versions.
