Senior Stairlifts were helpful and caring. No hard sell like some other companies, they really do put the customer first. Everything was explained and true to their word, they came to fit the stairlift right on time. The chap who fitted it worked so fast, cleaned up after himself and took his time showing me how to work it... I can't thank them enough. I would recommend people to try this firm first. They would not regret it.

I was most impressed with the speed with which the company were able to come & repair my stair lift, especially considering the time of year. Carl the Engineer, turned up exactly when he said he would & carried out the required work very efficiently & cleanly (& I am quite fussy!) Having a complicated stair case I had spoken to a number of different companies before finding Senior Stair lifts. As soon as I started to explain the situation the response was so reassuring, immediately taking the initiative and finding a work around. It was a huge relief. From ordering to installing everything was seamless. Darren the engineer was amazing with my parents and so patient at explaining how things worked. All rubbish was taken away and everything was left immaculate. Thank you so much.

Quality from order to installation. The office advised as order was being processed. The Installation date was spot on. Darren Beckwith arrived, despite the very cold weather. His friendly, effective work ethic is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The installation was completed and he took all the empty boxes away and left everything tidy. Senior Stairlifts are to be highly recommended as is Darren Beckwith. Well Done.

We recommend Senior Stairlifts as highly as possible. In every way they have been exceptional from the first call of the representative, the following survey and finally the installation. The engineers worked patiently, tidily with obviously high standards of workmanship. They also gave us valuable advice on a placement of the chair. We did have a problem following installation and this was dealt with promptly and expertly with follow up calls. We have a 3 storey house which is now we hope future proofed for our use into the future. Do not hesitate to use this company, we are sure you will not be disappointed

Admin staff were very friendly & helpful with communications and updates with response times on the breakdown call out to a faulty stairlift. The engineer Reece Joseph was very friendly and explained what the problem was and how to read/understand the fault codes for future events. Problem rectified, batteries changed, tried & tested all within 45 minutes. Advice also given on future routine service intervals and costs.

Just had to write to say how pleased and impressed I am with not only the installation of my stairlift but of the whole service I experienced. In particular I would like to thank Reece Joseph who patiently explained everything so well and who also came to install my stairlift. Reece was so kind and understanding and was much appreciated The reason I'm so excited and thrilled is because I can now go upstairs to bed and to have a jacuzzi bath both of which have been unobtainable to me for at least 10 years. due to my disability. Superb service throughout from initial contact to final fitting of the bespoke stairlift for my stairs. I was kept updated at all stages of manufacture and the installation by the expert Carl. Carl was courteous, very efficient and extremely helpful as well as being a very experienced fitter. Sincere thanks to the technical and office admin teams, and to Steven who fitted a stairlift for my Mum. Excellent advice to establish the best solution for their complicated staircase and landing, together with other more cost effective options offered. Communication with Senior Stairlifts has been outstanding throughout - polite, helpful, prompt - never pushy. The product itself is excellent, discreet, caused minimal disruption in the installation, and ultimately Mum is delighted with the difference it has made to her day-to-day life. Steven the fitter was excellent and ensured that Mum was completely happy with the lift before he left. No issues at all in the month since installation.
