He quickly and efficiently removed the existing stairlift and dealt with the paperwork for the new installation. Aaron has a charming manner and it was a pleasure chatting with him while doing the paperwork. 29 Jun 2026Just had a refurbished stairlift fitted by Senior stairlifs. The engineer "Ollie" telephoned with an ETA. Arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and that there would no mess for me to clean up. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours, then Ollie demonstrated how to use the stairlift. He was very professional throughout. I would recommend this firm to others.
28 May 2026Very helpful on the phone when existing stairlift stopped working. Agreed to have old one removed, new one fitted. Ollie phoned to let us know when he would be with us. He was a friendly,efficient technician. Ollie removed our old lift and fitted a reconditioned one, working quickly and skilfully, then cleaning up.
