Exactly how much your stairlift will cost depends on a few factors:
Most narrow stairlifts are designed to fold neatly against the wall when not in use. When folded, they usually allow clear walking space for other household members, although available clearance will vary depending on staircase width and design.
Straight stairlifts can often be installed within a matter of days, depending on the stairlift model you choose.
Curved stairlifts can take a bit longer before they can be installed, as the curved rail will need to be custom-made to fit your stairs.
Installing a stairlift on a straight staircase can take as little as 2 hours.
However, complex and curved installations can take longer. Our expert will be able to give you a rough estimate of how long it’ll take when they survey your staircase.
We provide a free 2-year standard warranty on all our stairlift installations (regardless of whether you choose a new or reconditioned model). You can extend this warranty by an extra 3 years (so 5 years of comprehensive cover in total).
