Everything was explained and true to their word, they came to fit the stairlift right on time. The chap who fitted it worked so fast, cleaned up after himself and took his time showing me how to work it... I can't thank them enough. I would recommend people to try this firm first. They would not regret it.

Our stairlift installation was designed and installed with care and concern, it tones in better than we ever thought it would with the staircase and operates smoothly and quietly. 18th March 2026I was most impressed with the speed with which the company were able to come & repair my stair lift, especially considering the time of year. Carl the Engineer, turned up exactly when he said he would & carried out the required work very efficiently & cleanly (& I am quite fussy!) I would certainly use the company again & recommend them to others.
1st January 2026Having a complicated stair case I had spoken to a number of different companies before finding Senior Stair lifts. As soon as I started to explain the situation the response was so reassuring, immediately taking the initiative and finding a work around. It was a huge relief. From ordering to installing everything was seamless. Darren the engineer was amazing with my parents and so patient at explaining how things worked. All rubbish was taken away and everything was left immaculate. Thank you so much.
